A custom biopsy guide, printed from PCL on an EnvisionTEC Manufacturer Series 3D-Bioplotter at the Center for Biomaterials at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. This guide was centered over a sub-cutaneous implant and allowed for the systematic sampling of the surrounding tissue at 5, 10, and 15 mm distances.
