Argo 500 takes the Beltless System to the next level, the direct mechatronic movement system of the axes that has removed the belts from 3D printing.

Helical pinions and racks have been treated in order to work at high temperatures, ensuring on the one hand a mechanical positioning precision of 10 μm and, on the other, the ability to sustain printing speeds of up to 5000 mm / min.

Unlike systems equipped with belts, maintenance operations consist in simply applying a thin layer of grease once a month, significantly reducing downtime.

No calibration, no difference in processing over time, same production process for years.
