The calibration system of the Z axis allows it to identify and set the machine zero, that is the position of the extruder with respect to the build plate, in a totally automatic, controlled and constant way over time. The probing is repeatable process able to remain so over time, because it does not depend on the type of extruder, the wear or the polymeric film.
